In this case, the sunset hour is divided into 24 hours, between night and day.The reason for naming the western time is that it is set at the time of sunset until the beginning of (00) zero, indicating the beginning of a new day with the start of the night of that day.
nOne of its disadvantages is the difference in timing between hours, and therefore it is considered inaccurate, and also the sunset timing, which is always delayed by a minute or two minutes or more than a minute depending on the difference in the summer and winter rotations, which is why you have to adjust the clock daily at sunset, so people moved to using the meridian clock for the International Time .This application came to preserve the legacy of the past and to give you an idea of ​​the western time versus the meridian time so that you know how it was used in the past.
